Partnerships

Over the years I’ve formed deep relationships with companies that can help transform your HR team – and your company – in various ways. And I’m fortunate to work with an number of incredible brand partnership clients to help amplify their message.  You can learn more about some of them here!

GoCo

I first heard about GoCo in early 2020 when I did a webinar that they sponsored. And that started a terrific partnership! Their all-in-one HR software solution is perfect for smaller businesses looking to have everything they need all in one place.

The Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR)

I’ve long been a fan of their LinkedIn content, but dive a bit deeper and you will find excellent, relevant courses and content. And you can receive a discount too!

Select Software Reviews (SSR)

One of the absolute best resources for HR Tech – and it is FREE! Talk to an advisor about your HR tech needs, and they will help you pick what’s right for you. For FREE. I’ve been a fan since they started, and they just keep getting better and better!

Hacking HR

I remember when Enrique Rubio started this new concept of Hacking HR, and I’ve been a fan ever since. You can join for free, but the paid membership, at just $159 per year (less for teams of 5+), it’s the best value in HR.

Klaar

I was introduced to Klaar by Alex Seiler, who has worked with them for awhile, and I am an advisor now as well. I love AI-based tools, particularly those that can save a ton of time! This is a beautiful, straightforward tool for performance, talent development and engagement that is going to have a huge impact on the HR Tech market.

Lever Talent

I’ve known Drew Fortin for years, and have kept an eye on his talent management strategy firm since he started in. I’m thrilled to partner with them for all things leadership development, MVV, and Predictive Index.

Kindred Minds

You’ll see a theme in some of my partnerships – I truly think AI can help us change the way we work. I am an advisor to Kindred Minds, an AI leadership coaching platform for all managers.

So many speakers lack authenticity. To say that Tracie is overflowing with authenticity is the understatement of the century. I’ve had the privilege of seeing her speak multiple times, and every time, she’s put 120% into making sure the audience has learned something new, that she’s shared something deeply personal about her career journey, and has given a concrete solution for attendees to action. She’s an asset to any event, and the voice in the People Space that everyone needs to hear from.
